What happens after you request an estimate
- You send the details. The space, roughly how big it is, what is on the floor now, and anything you have noticed. Request an estimate
- We contact you to clarify anything the form did not cover and arrange a time to assess the floor.
- We assess the slab. Cracks, previous coatings, contamination, and whether moisture is moving up through the concrete. This is the visit that determines everything that follows.
- You get a written proposal naming the products in each layer, the preparation method, what is included, and what is not.
- You decide. Nothing is scheduled until you say so.
- We install, then hand over the cure schedule and care instructions in writing.
We do not quote floors we have not seen. Two garages of identical size can differ by a wide margin once one turns out to have an old coating that has to come off, and a number produced before anyone looks at the concrete is a guess with a decimal point on it.
