Flooring work that starts with the concrete

We install epoxy and resinous floor systems for homeowners and businesses across St. Petersburg. Our job is to understand the slab, explain the options in plain language, and put the agreed scope in writing before work begins.

Our work starts with the slab

A coating can only hold as well as the surface beneath it. That is why we look at the concrete before recommending a system. We check for old coatings, contamination, cracks, repairs, and signs that moisture may be moving through the slab.

The preparation method follows what we find. Mechanical profiling, coating removal, repairs, and moisture mitigation are separate parts of the work when the floor needs them. We explain which steps apply to your floor and why.

What you can expect from us

We handle the concrete preparation and coating installation ourselves. The person assessing the floor works from the same practical questions the installation crew needs answered.

You will know which products go into each layer, how the floor will be prepared, and when the space can be used again. If preparation uncovers something outside the agreed scope, we stop and discuss it with you before continuing.

When the work is complete, we walk the floor with you and provide written cure and care guidance.

Straight answers before a sales pitch

We will not tell you that one coating chemistry is right for every floor. Epoxy, polyaspartic, quartz, flake, and metallic systems solve different problems. The right choice depends on the slab, traffic, cleaning, sunlight, finish, and downtime.

We also do not quote a floor we have not seen. Two spaces with the same square footage can require very different preparation. A site visit lets us give you a scope tied to your concrete instead of a generic number.
