Tell us about your floor

Share what you know about the space. Rough measurements and a quick description are enough to start. We will ask about anything else we need before arranging a site visit.

  1. 1
    Send the basics

Tell us about the space, slab, and timing. Rough details are fine.

  2. 2
    We review the fit

We ask any follow-up questions and arrange a site visit when it makes sense.

  3. 3
    You get the scope

Your written proposal names the preparation, products, and cure schedule.

A few details make the first conversation useful

The estimate form asks for:

  • Your name and preferred contact details
  • City and ZIP code
  • Type of space, such as a residential garage, another residential room, a retail or office space, or a warehouse or industrial area
  • Approximate area in square feet; an estimate is fine
  • What is on the floor now, such as bare concrete, paint, an existing coating or tile
  • Preferred timing
  • Project notes, including cracks, damp patches, finish preferences or access constraints
  • Photographs, when available

We ask for city and ZIP because that is enough to check the area, and it is less to hand over before you have spoken to anyone. The street address field is optional; if you leave it out, we will ask for the address when we schedule the visit.

What happens after you get in touch

We contact you to fill in any gaps and arrange a time to assess the floor. We then prepare a written proposal naming the products, preparation method, and cure schedule. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it. More on how we work

Before you send the form

Before submitting the form, gather what you can from the list below.

  • Measure roughly. Length by width is enough. For a garage, the number of car bays helps.
  • Look at what is on the floor now. Bare concrete, paint, an old coating, tile adhesive. If a previous coating is peeling, note where.
  • Check for damp. Persistent dark patches, white powdery deposits, or a previous coating that lifted in sheets rather than chipping. These matter more than almost anything else you can tell us.
  • Think about traffic. Vehicles, forklifts, foot traffic, dragged equipment, dropped tools. What actually happens on this floor.
  • Decide roughly on the look. Solid color, flake, quartz, metallic. Pictures of finishes you like are useful.
  • Note the access. Stairs, narrow entries, a garage that also stores everything you own, a business with hours that cannot be disrupted.
